Job summary

Shake Shack in New York is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff, mentor teammates, and drive excellence across operations, while promoting the brand within the local community through events and word-of-mouth.

The role requires 2-3 years of high-volume restaurant management, strong supervision skills, and a solid understanding of food safety and health codes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Experience overseeing personnel, food planning, sanitation, and health codes.
• Ability to lead, coach, and drive excellence at all levels.

• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours

Pay Range - $58,032.00 - $71,552.00
