Cracker Barrel in Tinley Park, IL is seeking an energetic Restaurant Associate Manager to lead teams and deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences. You will manage store operations in both front- and back-of-house areas, with home office support available 24/7 to help you succeed.

Expect 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a 50-hour workweek (five 10-hour shifts), and flexibility for holidays and weekends. A valid driver’s license and fluent English are required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you'll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. They say variety is the spice of life, and we agree! Our Restaurant Associate Managers are people leaders and execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities. With home office support available to you on a 24/7 basis, you'll have everything you need to succeed.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver's license
• Must be fluent in English

The base salary range for this position is $62K-$72K and will be paid hourly through the 7-week training period. The position is eligible for quarterly bonuses and incentives. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
