Job summary

Cracker Barrel is looking for a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving store performance. You will oversee front- and back-of-house operations, with home office support available 24/7 to ensure your success.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management, willingness to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), and availability for holidays and weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you’ll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. They say variety is the spice of life, and we agree! Our Restaurant Associate Managers are people leaders and execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities. With home office support available to you on a 24/7 basis, you’ll have everything you need to succeed.

• Base salary range for this position is $60K-$72K and will be paid hourly through the 7-week training period.
• Position is eligible for quarterly bonuses and incentives. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
