Grimaldi’s in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving sales, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced pizzeria environment.

You will recruit, train, and motivate staff while upholding Grimaldi’s family culture and values. A strong focus on teamwork, energy and excellent communication is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or in the retail/hospitality industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food, labor, and bar costs.

• Self-motivated and highly-energetic.
• Great organization and communication skills.

Grimaldi’s is hiring a Restaurant Manager

Our Restaurant Managers are responsible for leading our teams to consistently exceed guest expectations. Daily activities will focus on motivating our teams, driving sales, controlling costs and maintaining our high standards.
