Dave & Buster's is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to guide leadership, supervision, and strategic initiatives across a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment environment. You will lead hourly teams, recruit and coach staff, and uphold guest service standards while balancing cost control and labor decisions.

The role requires 21+ years old, 2+ years in hospitality, flexibility for weekends/nights/holidays, and the ability to thrive in a busy, noisy setting.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER:

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
