Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a seasoned restaurant leader to oversee dining and bar operations at our Raleigh location. You will guide daily service, coach teams, and drive guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant (dining plus bar).
• Solid track record of success in previous roles, with demonstrated career growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff, schedule shifts, and manage performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies.

What we’re looking for
