Job summary

Olive Garden is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant teams, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure efficient service. The role emphasizes initiative, relationship building, and a strong results orientation in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Managers report to the General Manager and are responsible for team leadership, flexibility in balancing busy lives, and delivering a positive dining experience.
