Job summary

Panera LLC in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Team Manager to lead daily bakery-café operations, oversee shifts, coach teammates, and maintain high guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 1+ year restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, flexible availability including nights and weekends, and a drive to develop people and deliver consistent, welcoming service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Your Role Includes:
