Job summary

Chuy's in Oklahoma City is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our bar, lobby, and to-go systems with energy and a passion for hospitality. You will drive guest experiences from arrival to last sip, overseeing teams and ensuring top-tier service in a fast-paced, scratch-kitchen environment.

Qualified candidates bring 2–3 years of management in a high-volume setting, food safety knowledge, and a focus on safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar, lobby, and to-go operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead and develop front-of-house and kitchen teams for consistent service.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and quality standards across all shifts.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.

• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
