Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the United States (Novi, MI area) to lead restaurant operations focused on high-quality seafood and beverages and maximize guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the team that makes the restaurant stand out.

Responsibilities include driving sales, creating a FUN safe environment for development, ensuring policy compliance, and managing performance with evaluations, coaching and discipline.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $64,600.00 /Yr.
