Newk's Eatery is seeking a strong manager to guide hourly partners, drive operations, and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily tasks, maintain product quality, and lead a team focused on delivering the NEWK’S Experience.

Ideal candidates bring leadership in hospitality, a knack for cost control, and a commitment to sanitary, safe, and respectful operations while growing with a passionate brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hospitality/restaurant team.
• Ability to motivate hourly staff and manage shifts.
