Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations focused on seafood/beverage service and achieving guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the team, drive sales, and ensure adherence to employment policies.

Balancing work-life, you will manage performance through evaluations, coaching and discipline, while promoting a safe, high-quality dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
