Job summary

North Italia in Mission Viejo is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume, full-service venue. You will supervise shifts, coordinate with kitchen, and strive to deliver great hospitality every time.

The role requires a track record in restaurant management, the ability to manage schedules and guest experience, and a passion for guest satisfaction. We offer medical/dental/vision, 401k, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated working understanding of business operations and financials.
• Dependable, reliable, and motivated.
• Able to work ten-hour plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Prior POSitouch, Crunchtime, and Open Table experience is a plus.

• Be responsible for running the restaurant as if an owner.
