Newk's Eatery is seeking an energetic and decisive manager to lead hourly team members and ensure we deliver the Newk’s Experience with exceptional product quality. You’ll direct daily operations, motivate staff, and uphold sanitation and safety standards while managing costs to protect brand value.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment, demonstrate independent decision-making, and contribute to a culture of empowerment and profitability. This role is onsite in Texas.

• Provide direction and motivation to the hourly partners, ensuring execution of all positions, chores and responsibilities in order to provide our guests with an exceptional NEWK’s Experience and exceptional product quality
• Help to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs
