Portillo’s is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will model standards, coach staff, and foster a culture of engagement while ensuring safety and sanitation compliance.

You’ll plan shifts, handle scheduling and cash, and make key decisions on inventory and labor. The role emphasizes hospitality, training, and creating memorable experiences for guests and team members.
