Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager in the United States to lead daily operations, train staff, and elevate guest experiences with a focus on hospitality excellence. You will coach teams, drive brand standards, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety rules while promoting the brand locally.
Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in high-volume restaurant management, with strong operations knowledge and a willingness to work flexible hours.
