Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations and ensure high-quality seafood and beverage service, while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will recruit, train and inspire the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ months to 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
• Certification in ServSafe or equivalent preferred

Education, Experience and other Key Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required *2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
