Pinky's on the Beach in Folly Beach, SC is led by Avocet Hospitality Group and seeks a hands-on Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. You will guide daily operations, drive standards, and ensure memorable hospitality for every guest.

The role emphasizes front-of-house leadership, team development, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction in a vibrant beach environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant experience.
• 2-3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, inventory, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Create an exceptional guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Hire, train, onboard, and hold team members accountable to company standards.
• Create schedules and manage timekeeping and payroll through ADP.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
• Create an exceptional guest experience and resolve concerns professionally
• Hire, train, onboard, and hold team members accountable to company standards
• Create schedules and manage timekeeping and payroll through ADP
• Maintain strong communication between FOH, BOH, and management
• Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and overall financial performance
• Promote a positive, team-focused work environment
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed during busy shifts
• Keep the team focused, organized, and motivated in a high-volume environment

Who You'll Lead

You'll oversee a dynamic FOH team including:

• Servers
• Hosts
• Server Assistants
• Lead Servers, Lead Bartenders, and Lead Hosts

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• 2-3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, inventory, and cost control
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events
