Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Florida to lead daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will train staff, motivate teams, and uphold hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations: personnel, food planning, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications
