Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking a seasoned restaurant leader for a full-time managerial role at our Des Peres, MO location. You will oversee dining and bar operations, lead teams, and drive experiences that align with our Fortune-ranked culture and guest-focused standards.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, with bonus eligibility and benefits including healthcare, retirement plan matching, and a strong commitment to employee growth and work–life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant (dining plus bar).
• Solid track record of success and demonstrated career growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods.
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
