Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Denver, CO to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times.

The role focuses on managing hourly staff, interviews, scheduling, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You will lead training, monitor food preparation per recipes, enforce safety, manage inventory and costs, and create a positive, energetic work culture.

• Experience managing hourly employees and performing coaching/discipline.
• Experience in a restaurant environment with a passion for guests.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire hourly staff.
• Ability to drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct labor scheduling and task assignment before, during, and after open hours.

• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Conduct line Taste & Temps.
• Enforce safety measures for employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs via weekly inventory.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with values.

Texas Roadhouse is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and be responsible for making sure that Legendary Food and Legendary Service are adhered to at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for guests and working in a kitchen,

As a Restaurant Manager, Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or making recommendation to hire hourly employees
• Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Providing, directing, and scheduling Front of House and Back of House training
• Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Conducting formal line Taste & Temps
• Enforcing appropriate security measures at the restaurant so that the safety of our employees and guests are maintained at all times
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
• Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in a manner consistent with our core values and operational goals
