Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Colorado Springs to lead daily operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and inspire a high-performing team. You’ll hire, train and coach staff while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality, business, or related field.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain required.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required; 2+ years in casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.

Education, Experience and other Key Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required *2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

USD $56,485.00 - USD $62,400.00 /Yr.
