Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a General Restaurant Manager to lead a single restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, operational excellence and profitability. You will guide the team, uphold brand standards, and implement programs to improve service and efficiency.

You will recruit and train staff, manage opening/closing, control costs, and ensure health/safety compliance while delivering a welcoming, high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and costs.
• Fluent in English. If applicable, second language is a plus.

Position Title: General Restaurant ManagerReports To: Multi-Unit Manager/FranchiseeOverview:A Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to their team to deliver great and friendly guest experiences, to maintain operational excellence and to help build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant.
