Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Cambridge, MA seeks an experienced restaurant leader to manage dining rooms and front-of-house operations. You will use your talents to elevate guest experiences and drive performance, with opportunities to advance within a Fortune-listed culture.

This full-time role offers a compensation range of $60,000–$70,000 per year plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, retirement plan, PTO, and a quarterly bonus program.

• At least 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrated career growth in previous roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dependent and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

What we're looking for:
