The Cheesecake Factory in Buffalo, NY is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to manage operations at a full-service venue. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach teams, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced dining environment.

We’re looking for a proven leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can motivate staff, ensure service excellence, and manage day-to-day restaurant operations with reliability and energy.

- Compensation may include base salary and geographic differential. This position is bonus eligible.

What we’re looking for

• Solid track record of success in previous roles, including demonstrated career growth
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
