Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain top-tier guest satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team. The role emphasizes coaching, brand promotion in the local community, and adherence to sanitation and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in fast-paced restaurant management, strong knowledge of operations, and a proven ability to drive excellence while managing costs and schedules.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including staffing, food planning, sanitation, and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
