Job summary

Ganko Ittetsu Ramen is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Braintree location. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to work fast-paced lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends.

Prior restaurant management experience is preferred and certification in TIPs and ServSafe is highly valued. Candidates should be passionate about learning Japanese food and culture, be a team player, and possess excellent communication and multitasking skills

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum +5 years hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, resolve conflicts and stay flexible.

Responsibilities

• Train staff, manage sections and handle guest issues.
• Oversee lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
