Panera Bread in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold our high guest experience standards.

You will oversee training, coaching, and development of staff, while driving sales, speed, order accuracy and overall guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting.
• Background check required.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery‑cafe's leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
  • Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
