• Our Restaurant Managers earn between$75,000-$95,000including monthly and annual bonuses!
• Restaurant Managers earn a base salary of $65,000.

This bonus is based on store sales and profits that provide the opportunity to earn another$10,000-$30,000per year.On average, our Restaurant Managers earn $85,000/year with our top Restaurant Managers earning up to $95,000.

• We are opening 20 new restaurants across Texas over the next four years. That means we will need 20 new General Managers and120 new Assistant Managers.
• There will be no better restaurant management opportunity than at Pluckers. Because we are opening so many restaurants, you have the opportunity to become aRestaurant Manager within 4-6 months.
• As we expand, we are also looking for individuals capable of developing into a General Manager role within 2-5 years. Our top General Managers have the opportunity to earn over $200,000/year.
• Before you can be eligible to become a General Manager, you will first complete our 16-week training program, gain hands‑on experience as a Restaurant Manager, then master the Assistant General Manager role.
