Hillstone Restaurant Group invites rising seniors to join ourSummer 2027 Internship Program.This internship is a unique opportunity to dive into the world of upscale dining and restaurant management.

What to Expect
Our internship follows anapprentice-style model, giving you hands‑on exposure to every part of restaurant operations. You’ll rotate through key staff‑level roles to build a strong foundation in service and daily operations, while also shadowing managers to understand higher‑level responsibilities.

This immersive experience is designed to help you see what it’s like to be a leader at Hillstone - and to prepare you for a potentialfull‑time Management role after graduation.

Details

Duration:Summer 2027

Placement:Interns are placed based on best fit across our restaurants nationwide (relocation flexibility required).

Compensation:Average of$1,000/week, with variation depending on location.

Experience:Prior restaurant experience is helpful but not required - passion, curiosity, and a strong work ethic are what we value most.
