McDonald’s works for me—Maintenance Person needed at a franchise restaurant. You will help maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and keep equipment in good working order. Responsibilities include cleaning HVAC units, stocking restrooms, unloading deliveries twice a week, changing bulbs, and keeping grounds tidy.

Qualifications

• Restaurant maintenance experience preferred.
• Reliable and able to follow safety guidelines.
• Willing to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily to keep fry stations running safely.
• Maintain outside grounds for a clean exterior.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice weekly.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs as needed.
• Clean HVAC and exhaust units and roof debris.
