Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Team member to support clean, safe restaurant interiors and properly maintain equipment. You’ll work to ensure the facility stays inviting for customers and compliant with safety standards.

The role involves performing daily cleaning, equipment upkeep, and grounds maintenance to help run a smooth operation at our restaurant in Mesa, AZ. Training and tools are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role requires ability to perform physical tasks and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
