• Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems to follow all procedures and protocols.
• Ensure maintenance and preventive maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards of excellence.
• Maintain high standards for guest and employee safety and satisfaction.
• Work with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient equipment maintenance and meet goals while having fun.
