Job summary

McDonald’s in Newland, NC is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the restaurant clean and in good repair. You will work as part of the Maintenance Team to support kitchen and dining areas, equipment, and facilities.

You will perform daily fryer oil filtration, grounds upkeep, window and restroom cleaning, and trash removal. You may unload deliveries twice weekly and replace light bulbs, HVAC components, and roof debris build-up.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior cleanliness and restaurant equipment.
• Filters oil fryers daily and cleans outside areas.
• Cleans equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unloads deliveries twice a week and handles trash/removal.
• Changes light bulbs and maintains HVAC/exhaust cleanliness.
