Qualifications

• Experience in building or restaurant maintenance, equipment care, or related fields preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong attention to detail with a service-oriented and dependable work style.
• Excellent communication skills to assess and report issues clearly.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational needs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the broader restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs within your training and authorization.
• Inspect and troubleshoot restaurant equipment, fixtures, and facility systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and leadership for specialized repairs and track maintenance requests and completions.
• Conduct deep-cleaning projects in kitchen, dining, restrooms, and exterior areas following safety and food-safety standards.
• Maintain organized and safe utility, janitorial, and maintenance storage areas.
• Report safety hazards and facility risks promptly to leadership.
