• Maintenance skills and familiarity with cleaning practices.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Clean equipment, walls, floors, stock rooms and coolers.
• Unload and store delivery truck at least 3 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash and recycling.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
