McDonald’s Corporation seeks a Maintenance Person to support management in keeping interior and exterior areas clean and to maintain restaurant equipment. The role covers daily cleaning routines, equipment upkeep and safety compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Starting pay is $17.50/hr, with benefits including Paid Time Off, Archways to Opportunity education, medical/dental/vision coverage, leaves, service awards and Employee Resource Connection. This is a franchisee-operated restaurant position.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily
• Maintain outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
