The role involves daily fryer oil filtering, grounds maintenance, and basic maintenance tasks. You will work as part of the maintenance team with training and standard procedures in place.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining restaurant equipment is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance.
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and clean equipment.
• Clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week.
• Change light bulbs and perform minor repairs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
