Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment.
• The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include daily fry oil filtering, grounds maintenance, cleaning of equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms, and unloading deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck two times a week
