Qualifications

• Experience maintaining interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Ability to maintain restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Willingness to perform multiple maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily to keep oil clean and safe.
• Maintain outside grounds for a tidy appearance.
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week to keep supply flow smooth.
• Take out and empty trash compactor to manage waste.
• Change light bulbs to ensure well-lit areas.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to maintain air quality.
