Job summary

Popeyes in Wisconsin is seeking a versatile Handyman to maintain and improve our restaurant properties. You will perform general repairs, drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry, and respond quickly to maintenance requests to keep operations running smoothly.

You will inspect facilities, coordinate with contractors, keep records, and ensure safety and quality. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; prior maintenance experience in a restaurant setting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
• Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate tools safely.
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong skill set in various maintenance tasks.
• Certification in a relevant trade or completion of a vocational training program related to handyman services.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
