Hospitality Laboratories, LLC operates McDonald’s restaurants in Harford County, MD. The Maintenance Person keeps the restaurant clean and fully functional by maintaining equipment, grounds, and facilities to support safe, efficient service.

Qualificações

• No specialized degree required.
• Willingness to learn and follow maintenance schedules.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift equipment as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds and equipment.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries 2x per week.
• Take out and empty trash compactors.
• Change light bulbs and perform routine maintenance.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris; follow maintenance calendar.
