Job summary

McDonald's in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep. As a member of the Maintenance Team, you will help keep the interior and exterior areas pristine, ensure equipment is functioning, and assist with basic preventive maintenance to keep the kitchen and dining areas safe for guests.

You will perform tasks such as oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, window cleaning, restrooms, trash handling, light bulb replacement, and HVAC/roof

Qualifications

• Experience supporting restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to perform basic preventive maintenance tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
