McDonald’s is seeking a reliable Maintenance Crew Member to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role supports management in maintaining interior and exterior cleanliness and restaurant equipment, while assisting with deliveries and general maintenance tasks.

You'll perform daily cleaning, lift up to 60 pounds, follow safety procedures, and help ensure a positive dining experience for customers and crew.

Qualifications

• Experience with daily restaurant cleaning and maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Willingness to assist with deliveries and restocking as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning throughout the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas.
• Ensure floors, windows, equipment, and surfaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with unloading and storing supplies twice weekly.
• Safely lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Support the team by completing maintenance tasks as needed.
• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Remove garbage during shifts.
• Perform preventive maintenance (change lightbulbs, clean HVAC, roof debris).
• Unload delivery truck twice a week.
