Qualifications

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
• Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, and cabinetry.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and operate tools safely.
• Proven experience in a similar maintenance role and diverse tasks.
• Certification in a relevant trade or completion of vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including drywall installation and repair, carpentry, and cabinetry work.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
