Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep our restaurant clean and well‑maintained. You will support the maintenance team by performing routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment, facilities, and exterior areas.

This role focuses on daily maintenance tasks, including fryer care, window and space cleaning, and assisting with trash and lighting duties to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintains restaurant equipment and facilities.
• Supports team with daily maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
