Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person to support the team in keeping the restaurant clean and safe, both inside and out. You will assist with routine maintenance and ensuring equipment is functioning properly, with training provided.

Responsibilities include daily fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning, trash handling, and lighting maintenance. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement within a franchise setting.

Qualifications

• Maintenance knowledge and ability to keep both interior and exterior areas clean.
• Experience with basic facility upkeep is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
