Job summary

Culver’s is seeking Restaurant Leadership Team members including Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and First Assistant to strengthen our guest experience and operations. Starting pay is $17.50–$21.00 per hour with full-time schedules and roughly 40–45 hours per week, based on experience and responsibility.

You’ll coach and develop teammates, uphold brand standards, and lead by example during busy shifts. We value people-first leaders who communicate clearly, act with urgency, and own their shifts

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience is valuable.
• The ability and desire to lead people is essential.
• Willingness to coach and develop others.
• Flexibility to work a mix of day/evening/weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset.
