Qualifications

• Desire to oversee and provide customer service leadership for all restaurant employees.
• Ability to oversee the restaurant condition and ensure compliance with policies.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Office preferred).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, or 1 year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train restaurant employees alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness.
• Maintain compliance with Health Department Standards.
