Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a passionate food service leader to manage In-Store Quick Serve Restaurant operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead daily fresh food service, uphold health standards, and drive an exceptional customer experience across shifts.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a top-performing team, oversee inventory and vendor relationships, and use POS and Microsoft Office tools to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Locally required safe food handling certification.
• proven track record of developing team and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Business mindset with ability to leverage P&L statements and restaurant reports to identify opportunities and drive positive change.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability by managing food programs, analyzing financial data, controlling costs, and implementing innovative merchandising strategies
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships, ensuring 100% in-stock efficiency on top-selling items and accurate order fulfillment
• Build and develop a top-performing team through strategic recruiting, hands-on coaching, and creating a culture where team members excel and feel recognized
• Oversee food preparation, quality standards, and equipment maintenance to deliver consistent excellence in every customer interaction
• Create and manage work schedules, provide coverage as needed, and respond swiftly to any safety incidents or operational challenges

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food service, QSR, or casual fast food prep leadership experience
• Successfully obtain and maintain locally required safe food handling certification
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of developing team members and delivering exceptional customer service
• Business mindset with the ability to leverage P&L statements and restaurant reports to identify opportunities and drive positive change
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to engage customers, coach employees, and partner with vendors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and point-of-sale systems, plus the physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment
